My name is Iva and I am an admin and editor of this page. I have over 6 years of project management experience in the development sector specializing on democracy support in CEE countries (especially V4 and Western Balkans). I am an analyst with work experience from EU neighborhood, passion for sustainable development and extensive knowledge of human rights topics.

For the past 4 years I am collecting work experience in energy sector and participate in development of humanitarian & development projects which use clean energy/energy efficiency solutions to enhance living standard of CEE communities. Good governance and civil society development is always in the core of my project ideas. My main area of focus is energy poverty in the CEE region.
